Clubroom privileges are extended to all
Branch Members and Ladies Auxiliary in good standing.

Membership cards or current receipts
must be shown upon request by door person, branch staff
or
authorized personnel.

Member will be responsible for the conduct
of the guest(s) he/she signs in. Guests must leave clubrooms
when signing member leaves.

Members and guests must be of clean and
neat appearance while using the clubrooms.

Members and guests will in no way
interfere with the staff on duty. Any complaint
regarding staff must be in writing and addressed to the
President.

No behavior will be tolerated that
interferes with the enjoyment of members or guests in
the clubrooms. Loud arguments or profanity will not be
tolerated.

Any damage to property or contents will
be charged to those responsible for same.

No alcoholic beverages will be brought
into or taken out of the clubrooms and no Legion
members, Ladies Auxiliary or Volunteers are to consume
alcoholic beverages in the kitchen area due to Health, Work
and Safety Regulations.

Unruly persons will have serving
privileges refused and no one may order for them. Once
service is cut off, they will be asked to leave the
clubrooms by personnel in charge.

The staff on duty will have the right to
refuse service to anyone who, in their opinion, have
consumed too much.

No selling of tickets will be allowed
unless authorized by the Executive.

The clubrooms must be cleared except for
staff 30 minutes after the bar closed.

Members who break these house rules may
be deprived of clubroom privileges in accordance with
the general by-laws.

No dogs or other animal will be allowed
on Branch premises. Guide dogs for the blind permitted.

Manitoba Provincial Liquor Commission
rules will be strictly enforced at all times.

Children will be allowed in clubrooms if
accompanied by a parent or Guardian until 7:00PM.
Exception to this ruling can be made by permission for
socials for special functions.

No headgear is to be worn in the legion
Hall, except for religious, medical or entertainment
events.
